My ident was about a family that goes to bed and a thief comes into their house he comes across “E4” on the TV. He then gets distracted and starts to watch E4. The family then comes into the front room in the morning and look shocked, they then realise E4 is on the TV and they join him in watching E4.
This ident shows how unique and entertaining E4 is.
My final ident was pretty close to my original plan. My storyboard helped me a lot by being guidance.
I think I worked well in general, I think my time management was good because I was the first to finish recording my ident. I think my ident was creative. I think it was creative because it was unique.
My behaviour was good during the recording but I could of improved it by keeping my focus.
If I compared my ident to a professional’s ident I think it would be good, but the acting during the recording could have been better.
I would change the location so then my story would have been more obvious.
I made an online questionnaire and posted it on social networking sites under my name and sent it out to my friends.
The people in my class answered my questionnaire, the gender difference was equal and the main age was 14 – 18 years old.
I agree with the 8 out of the 9 people who took answered the question “Do you think my ident is original?” on my questionnaire because it is unique and I’ve never seen anything like it on TV.
I have a mixed view on the question “Do you personally like my ident?” 6 people answered yes while 3 people answered no. I agree more with the people who said no because I feel the acting could have been better.
I agree with the person who said no on the question “Do you think that my ident kept within the appropriate time frame?” because the average normal idents are 20 – 30 seconds long ad my ident was 41 seconds long,
For the question “Do you think my ident reflects the style of e4?” I agree with the 8 out of 9 people who said yes because I feel my ident was original and e4 shows original shows.
I wouldn’t change my questionnaire too much; I would only change one question on my questionnaire, which was “What time period do you think my ident should be broadcast? (You can tick more than one)”, I would change it to “What time period do you think my ident should be broadcast? (You can only tick ONE answer)”.
I would change the equipment I used from using “ iStopMotion Pro” to a normal camera, because then I think it would have flowed better. I also feel my actors and actress could have been better.
